My name is Veronica Faline, and I am a descendant of the Karuk tribe from Northern California. I live in Arizona with my husband, son, and two small, spunky dogs. As a mixed-heritage Mexican and Native American, I draw upon these cultures to create my stories. My short stories have appeared in four anthologies: Great Wars and Not Ghosts but Spirits 2 under the pen name Veronica S. and Devotion in the Open Air and Campfire Stories under Veronica Faline. My upcoming anthology “Merciless Indian Savages” contains eleven short stories of Indigenous fables, folklore and fantasy.
