Brenda Huettner is a volunteer Solar System Ambassador who does education and public outreach on behalf of NASA. She spent 40 years as a technical writer, editor, trainer, and manager, but mostly writes fiction now. She currently runs a website for microwaves engineers with her husband, recently earned her license as a registered nurse, and spends time with her grandchildren whenever possible.
