Sharon Skinner holds an M.A. in Creative Writing and is an Author, Certified Book Coach, and Freelance Editor, who helps writers weave their words into stories that shine. She coaches and edits fiction, memoir, and non-fiction. She writes speculative fiction for all ages, particularly fantasy, science fiction, paranormal and steampunk. She has published nine novels, two short story and poetry collections, two picture books, and other assorted writings. Her latest novel is Lostuns Found, a MG Steampunk adventure, and her most recent collection, Blood From a Rose, is dark fantasy and light horror with a touch of humor.
Her work has been published in a number of local, national and international publications. She previously served for eight years as the Executive Editor of Anthology magazine, a small press literary magazine published in Mesa, Arizona. Sharon is an active member of SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators) and serves as the Co-Regional Advisor for SCBWI AZ.
