Vendors

The dealers room will be open to Attendees and the Public.

Memberships may be available for purchase if anyone from the public would like to attend the rest of the convention.

Limit of 2 tables per business.

No banners or displays over 6 ft and must be free-standing.

Vendors must have 70% Handmade and are allowed 30% Resell.

One Vendor badge included per table purchase. Additional Vendor badges can be purchased at a discount. Inform the Dealer’s Room manager when you are selected.

(1) 6 ft Table w/2 chairs: $100

(2) 6 ft Tables w/4 chairs: $200

There is a 2 table limit per application.

If you need electricity, there will be an additional charge.

Important Note: A $20 discount per table is available for vendors who commit to bringing their own tables. You can commit to this by providing your initials in the field provided on the form.

Vendors bringing their own table must ensure it fits a standard 6-foot space. Failure to provide a table as agreed will incur a $20 fee per table at the convention and may affect future vending opportunities.
