THE APPLICATION FOR TUSCON52 HAS NOT YET OPENED

All dealers must apply to be part of our Dealers Room.

Application information:

  • Please fill out the entire form to be considered for the Dealers Room.
  • Please send your application by June 15, 2025
  • If you are accepted, you will receive an invitation letter by August 1, 2025.
  • Your invitation letter will include payment instructions.
  • Please note that this form is for dealers ONLY. Do NOT use it for other purposes. General convention inquiries should be sent to basfa@earthlink.net.

 

  • Limit of 2 tables per business.
  • No banners or displays over 6 ft.
  • Banners and displays must be freestanding and cannot be attached to walls or room dividers.
  • Dealers must have 70% Handmade and are allowed 30% Resell.

Rates: 

(1) 6 ft Table w/2 chairs: $100, includes one weekend-long convention membership. Additional memberships can be purchased at a discounted Dealer rate.
(2) 6 ft Tables w/4 chairs: $200, includes two weekend-long convention memberships.
There is a 2 table limit per application.
If you need electricity, there will be an additional charge.

A $20 discount will be applied for any dealers who agree to bring their own 6-foot table.
